How to Use
Internally: Mix one teaspoon of activated charcoal with eight ounces of water. For best results*, drink immediately to alleviate gas and bloating, or once per week in between meals as a general detoxifier.
Externally: To detoxify skin or treat acne, create a face mask using one teaspoon activated charcoal, one teaspoon bentonite clay, two teaspoons water, and half a teaspoon of raw honey. Mix well and apply to face, leaving it on for ten minutes (or until it dries) before washing it off with soap or cleanser and warm water.

Great Product!
I started to use Viva Doria Virgin Coconut Activated Charcoal through instincts. I had a feeling to eat Dirt, and saw this product as a substitute. It truly works! My sinus problems have disappeared. My indigestion problems have also disappeared.

Multi-purpose. Very finely ground powder.
Use it for alot of things. Homemade face wash, helped a friend stop vomiting after drinking something that didn't agree with her, mixed it with my dirty mouth tooth powder, added to shampoo...and for cleaning too! Like I said I use it for lots of stuff. It's very very finely ground, so do be careful or it will go every where!

Can’t go wrong with this product!!
For those of you that are considering activated charcoal for the first time I highly recommend this brand. This was recommended to me by my doctor to remove mold out of my body. Apparently the charcoal attaches itself to the mold spores and flushes it out of your system. So if you’ve been on antibiotics, have taken a lot of medicine or just feel like you have “toxin overload” this is a great product. There is no taste and you’ll notice a difference almost right away. As a certified pet nutritionist I highly recommend it to my clients for their pets as well.
