How to Use

Internally: Mix ten drops of Grapefruit Seed Extract* with five or more ounces of water. For best results, drink one to three times daily. Never consume without diluting liquid first.

Externally: Add a few drops to cleanser, toner, or coconut oil and apply to skin. Remember to always dilute Grapefruit Seed Extract and use caution around the eyes.

As a natural disinfectant: Combine twenty drops of Grapefruit Seed Extract and two cups of water in a spray bottle and shake well. Add a few drops of tea tree oil for extra disinfecting power.
