The salt tastes excellent, and I have experienced no adverse reactions thus far. Furthermore, because salt is needed for the stomach to produce hydrochloric acid, this Himalayan sea salt has helped reduce my acid reflux. Now, I can drink orange and lemon juice without having to worry about heartburn or excessive burping!
