Perfect size for water sole.
Water sole is a godsend in the morning. To make it, simply fill 1/3 mason jar with these salt rocks, add filtered water, and leave in the sun at all times. In about 8 hours, the salt will dissolve in water. Then you'll have alkaline water with 84 minerals!! Take 1-2tsp and mix it with a full glass of water and drink first thing upon waking.
By the way, don't use any metal. Buy a plastic lid and scoop it out with a plastic teaspoon. Metal reacts and deionizes the water.

Delicious Salt!!!
Delicious salt, coarse ground in our Atlas Salt Mill...great for salting meats...very fast and good uniform disbursement of the salt.
