Has my order shipped?

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Edit your orders in your Account here, but please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, changes can’t be made.
How do I track my order?
You can track your orders in your Account here. You can expect to receive an email update when your order has shipped.
What if my order never arrived?
Check the status of your order as it may still be in transit. If your order shows a status of "delivered", please contact Customer Support for assistance.
What if an item is missing from my shipment?
First, check the status of your order to be sure that all of the items in your order(s) have shipped. If you see a status of "delivered", please contact Customer Support for assistance.
When will my backorder arrive?
Unfortunately, we can’t predict when we’ll have back ordered items in stock, but we will notify you as soon as they become available and when it will be available for shipping.
How do I create an account?
Setting up an account is easy and allows you to track your order status anytime you'd like. You can choose to create an account at Checkout, or Go to the Account Login page, select "Create Account," and then follow the prompts.
How do I edit my account information?
Once you've created an account, you can edit your account information in your Account here.
What’s my password?
Go to the Account login page and select the “Forgot your password?” button below the login box. You’ll be sent an email with instructions to reset your password.

How much does shipping cost?
It depends. Shipping is automatically calculated depending on where you live and how fast you’d like to receive your item. Before you check out, you’ll be given a few options and prices for shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
We’re proud to ship to countries around the world. To see if we ship to your country, input your address and zip code, including your country, at checkout. If you don’t see your country from the dropdown menu that means unfortunately we're not able to ship there at this time.

Do I have to pay U.S. state sales tax?
Only if you’re located in the same U.S. state as our warehouse, Washington. All other states in the US are currently tax exempt.

Credits typically take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your returned item.
