The slightly less spicy cousin of the black peppercorn, green peppercorns are harvested earlier in the season before the fruit is ripe — perfect for adding a light flavor your recipes.

Overview

Really different flavor
Love these! Filled a few pepper (or salt) grinders with them and for myself.

Nice peppercorns
I purchased these along with red, green, and black peppercorns to get a good mixture. Of course, I use this combination in my peppermill daily, but I then made little bags of the mix to give as Christmas Gifts. Buying the mix premade is iffy. Some mixes are heavy on the common black peppercorn and scarce on the red/pink and can be pricey. Purchasing the different colors to make my own mix was more economical and allowed me to get exactly the ratio peppercorns I wanted in a gourmet mix.

Yummy
We love these peppercorns. Great flavor! We mix with our black peppercorn in a grinder.
