Did you know that white peppercorns are black peppercorns with the skins removed? This process creates a subtle earthy flavor, and is often used in Indian, Asian, and Mexican cuisine including soups, stir-fries, and everything in between.

White Peppercorns are Good
I found out that black peppercorns can attribute to kidney stones, so ordered these and found the flavor to be very nice on many things.

White pepper corns
These are so awesome in taste. Better than Black ones for sure. Better for my health and doesn't bother me like Black Corns do. Thanks for such an awesome White Peppercorn.

Couldn't find white peppercorns in my area
Normally I don't buy spices on line but in this case, I could not find white peppercorns where we live and I likely checked about 10 different stores including Whole Paycheck before breaking down and buying these. Local stores carried ground peppercorns but not the whole one. One small shop that carries spices and teas just said they had but the demand was so low it wasn't worth it. The peppercorns arrived very quickly and are great. Good flavor, nothing questionable with them at all, definitely recommended. The size of the bag we got will last us a long time before I'm going to have to look for more.

I grind my own pepper and give it away as gifts. Want to make your own special ground pepper great and different? Put in 1/4 cup juniper berries when you grind your red/pink/white/black peppercorns, sometimes I add a dried chile de arbol to the mix for all my Mexican/Spanish dishes that require pepper.

The price was pretty good. You put them in a grinder. Grind them, and make your food tasty.
